Peer Exchange Workshops:
Led by Mike Gospe, Partner, Kickstart Alliance, experienced CAB pros exchanged ideas and
solutions on turning feedback into action, getting internal support for your CAB,
recruiting, managing and retiring CAB members, managing executive participation,
keeping your CAB fresh and engaging and integrating your CAB with other
initiatives.
Just Getting Started Track:
A special track was presented and led by Evan Klein, Senior Director of Client
Satisfaction, iCrossing on Tuesday afternoon for CAB pros who are new or just starting a
CAB program. Evan provided "lessons learned," having just been through the process of
starting a CAB program himself. Sean Geehan of Geehan Advisory Boards then provided a
broad overview of how to lay foundations for an enduring successful CAB program.
CAB ROI Lunch:
Led byAmir Hartman, CEO, Mainstay Partners. CAB professionals met for lunch to address
the issue of developing sophisticated metrics for measuring the effectiveness of
CAB programs.
